's what we need:
rice, quantity according to your needs
surimi
broth with nut (I used granulated) + water if necessary
100gr philadelphia or similar (dose x 3 persons)
procedure: we start as usual
to toast the rice and incorporate the broth a little at a time
, add the half cooked surimi, cut into strips and cubes.
when the broth is finished and not the cooked rice, stir in the
philadelphia .....
